Orders
The order takes place via transmission of the purchase order form in the online procedure or by E-Mail or fax. The contract is made with the order. With the indication of the ship-to-address the customer explains that he will accept this.
Delivery
With the delivery we fulfilled our part of the sales contract and ignore the achievement and price danger on the customer.
Retention of title
All articles supplied by NutriSain-VITAL remain up to the fulfilment of all demands our property.
